Prayer in W.P.No.11666 of 2013:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the impugned proceedings letter No.16/2011/AA2 dated 21.10.2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to settle the terminal benefits including gratuity GPF payable on the death of

the petitioners father with 10% interest and also direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pay the arrears of family pension payable to the petitioners mother from February 1979 to till her death with interest.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.) Instant writ appeal is directed against the order dated 10.09.2020 made in W.P.No.11666 of 2013.

2. When the writ appeal came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by both sides that the order impugned in this writ appeal in W.P.No.11666 of 2013 dated 10.09.2020 has already been complied with.

3. Recording the same the present writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
