Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34164 of 2025 vide order dated 19.12.2025 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the conditions imposed on the petitioner are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
