ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the High Tower Electricity Pillar staged at Petitioner's Plot No.113, bearing Survey No.535/2. 2.On an earlier occasion, this Court issued a direction to the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, to identify the land where the High Tower Electricity Pillar staged. However, the learned standing counsel for the respondent Board reported that the Electricity Official is not able to identify the location. Hence, the petitioner may be directed to identify the place in the presence of electricity officials if the land is situated in the patta land which is in favour of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent-Electricity Board. After the receipt of the said representation, the second respondent shall direct the concerned officials to identify the land with the help of Petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
