This application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 21.07.2020 passed in the aforesaid suit in C.S. No.529 of 2014 pending on the file of this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/defendant and perused the affidavit in support of the application to set aside the exparte order dated 21.07.2020 passed in the aforesaid suit in C.S. No.529 of 2014. There is no serious objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and this Court is inclined to allow this application on payment of costs. Accordingly, this application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Cancer Institute, Adayar on or before 09.03.2022, failing which the application https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
