The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 22.08.2018 in the event of the cultural programme of Arulmigu Sakthi Muthu Mariamman Koil of Mathikonpalayam, Dharmapuri District on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2018. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 29.07.2018 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 22.08.2018, the respondents have not passed orders till today. 3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2018 and pass orders, on merits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law, on or before 17.08.2018. 5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
