The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2019 in respect of Loan Account No.367 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.Today when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that admittedly, an award has been passed and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the award and he has also made an endorsement to that effect .

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the Award, if it is permissible under law. No costs.
