PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Juvenile Justice Court, Cuddalore to consider and pass orders on the bail application on the same day in the event of the petitioner surrendering before the Court and filing bail application in connection with the Crime No.4 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Court, Cuddalore to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.4 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. There shall be a direction to the Juvenile Justice Court, Cuddalore, to consider the bail petition filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same day after the petitioner surrenders before the Court.

4. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
