PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the second respondent in Proceedings No.24859/CS (Agri)/A1/2014 dated 15.10.2014 appointing the third respondent herein as in-charge Dean of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agricultural and Research Institute (PAJANCOA & RI) and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law. The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, to call for the records of the second respondent in Proceedings No.24859/CS(Agri)/A1/2014 dated

15.10.2014 appointing the third respondent herein as in-charge Dean of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agricultural and Research Institute (PAJANCOA & RI) and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that in view of the order passed in W.P.Nos.1045 of 2015 and 24137 of 2014 and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent Institute that they are inviting the fresh notification for filling up the recruitment to the post of Dean to the first respondent Institute.

3.Further, it is submitted that the present writ petition is filed, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent, for appointing the third respondent as Dean in-charge. This Court has also granted Interim Order at the time of admission. Now, one V.Kandasamy, Dean in-charge has been appointed. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as Infructous.

4.In the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.1045 of 2015 and 24137 of 2014, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
