PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to G.O.Ms.No.39, Housing and Urban Development Department (UD II (2) Department) dated 22.02.2008 issued by the 1st Respondent and quash the same insofar as the Respondents 3 to 8 herein are concerned, whose names figure at Sl.Nos.6 to 11 in the list annexed to the said G.O. and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Director.
