Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary for the period from 01.07.2005 to 31.05.2006 to the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.29326 of 2006:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary for the period from 01.07.2005 to 05.07.2006 to the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.29327 of 2006:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary for the period from 01.07.2005 to 31.05.2006 to the petitioner.

COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in the present writ petitions are for a direction to direct the respondents to pay salary for the respective periods to the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioners states that on account of efflux of time, he is unable to secure instructions from the writ petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent school informed this Court that the school is not functioning properly and therefore, the question of payment of salary does not arise at all. The Learned Government Advocate also states that, in the event of approval of appointment the petitioner would be paid salary as per the Government Rules in force.

4.In spite of the contrary statements made by the respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned,

this Court is of an opinion that, if at all any grievances exist for the writ petitioners it is left open to them to approach the competent authorities by way of representation for redressing their grievances.

5.With these observations, the writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
