This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner namely M.Sakthivel, Son of Maiyan, Residing at No.258/6, Union Officer (Back side), Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, as party respondent to arrive at just decision of the above writ petition W.P.No.801 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection and submitted that they will canvas the case on merits.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. The writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
