Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in I.D.No.904/01, on the file of Principal Labour Court, Chennai, by order dated 30.06.2006 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in I.D.No.904/01, on the file of Principal Labour Court, Chennai, by order dated 30.06.2006 and quash the same.

2. This Court by order dated 12.01.2012 directed as under: "The above matter is listed today i.e., 12.01.2012, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 27.01.2012, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the M.P/W.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

3. I find that the batta is not paid till date.
