Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on their representations and to grant Technicians Grade-D, Technician Grade-C and Technician Grade-B with respective entry level band pay, grade pay and increments to the petitioners 1 to 31 and grant two increments to five increments to the petitioners 32 to 54 based on the slabs and marks obtained by each of the petitioners during their training, from the date of regular appointment as Technicians and Scientific Assistants-B respectively with arrears and all other consequential benefits, based on and in accordance with TC & TSC norms and rules and as given to similarly placed employees in the units of DAE who are also governed by TC & TSC norms and rules.

ORDER

Claiming for entry level band pay and grade pay, the petitioners herein had made representations to the respondent and in view of nonconsideration of the said representations, the present writ petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' representations have been considered by the respondent and the same were rejected on 26.07.2022.

In view of the rejection of the petitioners' representations, the appropriate remedy will be to challenge the same. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 26.07.2022, in accordance with law.

With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
