O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in WMP.No.38013 of 2017 in W.P.No.26923 of 2017 dated 18.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the interim order passed by this Court in WMP.No.38013 of 2017 in W.P.No.26923 of 2017 dated 18.02.2018 has not been complied with. Hence, this contempt petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate who acccepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the respondents will comply with the order of this Court dated 18.02.2018, within a period of two weeks from today and they are going to release the arrears of salary payable to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
