When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been pending before the respondent police in C.S.R.No.4 of 2024 and now the case has been transferred to Attayampatti Police Station C1.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary.
