In both C.M.S.As For Appellant : Ms.R.Meenal For Respondent : Batta due C O M M O N J U D G M E N T The judgment and decree dated 27.02.2015 passed in C.M.A.Nos.55 & 56 of 2012, confirming the fair and decreetal orders dated 21.07.2012 passed in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2007 and H.M.O.P.No.115 of 2009, are under challenge in the present civil miscellaneous second appeals.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that she has made every effort to contact the appellant for securing instructions to enable her to proceed with the appeal. Inspite of her efforts, the learned counsel is unable to secure further instructions and accordingly, reported no instructions.

3. Thus, C.M.S.A.Nos.28 and 29 of 2015 stand closed. No costs.
