Mr.A.Immanuel, learned counsel for the petitioner in both cases submits that he withdrawn the averment made in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit dated 19.07.2020 and the same is recorded.

2. No serious objections have been raised by the leaned counsel for the respondent for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 32 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions are condoned and the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly. 18.08.2020 asi Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions and post the same 'for admission'.
