R.Krishnamoorthy v. K.Velayudham
W.M.P.No.1760 of 2022 in W.P.No.25810 of 2021 M. SUNDAR, J.
and K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.
(Order of the Court was made by M. SUNDAR, J.) In the writ affidavit dated 22.11.2021, there is a specific mention about implead petitioner, R. Krishnamoorthy and there are also allegations that have been made against the implead petitioner. 2.
Be that as it may, learned counsel for implead petitioner has not represented the matter for two consecutive listings as would be evident from our proceedings dated 25.03.2025. This is rather unfortunate. Nonetheless, in the larger interest of justice and as a matter of propriety and good order, we are considering the impleading petition.
3.
As already alluded to supra, there are specific averments and allegations qua implead petitioner in the writ affidavit. Moreover, the implead petition is not opposed by any of the respondents in the captioned writ petition.
4.
In the light of the narrative thus far, implead petition is allowed/ordered as prayed for.
5.
Registry is directed to carry out the necessary consequential amendments in the case file within one week from today, i.e., on or before 02.04.2025.
6.
Captioned writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as above. There shall be no order as to costs.
