This application has been filed to bring on the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant Mrs.Krishnaveni, wife of G.Padmanaban as 14th defendant in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and submit the amended copy of the plaint.
