Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.09.2017 before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to S-1, St.Thomas Mount Police Station, vide C.No.4413/CCB/COP (V) 2017 and investigate into it and to file a final report against the "MARIYO MANAGEMENT SERVICES OPC LIMITED" persons Mrs.Meera & Rajesh, expeditiously in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.09.2017 before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to S-1, St.Thomas Mount Police Station, vide C.No.4413/CCB/COP (V) 2017 and investigate it and to file a final report against the "MARIYO MANAGEMENT SERVICES OPC LIMITED" persons Mrs.Meera & Rajesh, expeditiously in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that one Mariyo Management Services OPC Limited on the promise of getting job in Malasiya, received an amount of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.2,90,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Ninety Thousand only) and thereafter, neither obtained job nor return the amount to the petitioner and thereby cheated the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent Police on 09.09.2017. However, no case has been registered by the respondent sofar.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the said Mariyo Management Services OPC Limited, apart from cheating this petitioner has also cheated several other persons. On the basis of the complaint given by one Paramasivam, a case in Crime No.8 of 2018 has been registered on 21.01.2018 and investigation is still pending. He would submit that a direction may be given to the petitioner to submit the required documents to the Investigating Officer.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The petitioner is directed to produce the documents as required by the Investigating Officer and the petitioner shall be arrayed in the rank of victim/witness.
