The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2011 and 01.03.2012, requesting to nominate her as Chairman of village level committee constituted for the High School or the Middle School, in tune with the policy of the Government as set out in G.O.Ms.No.108 School Education Department, dated 31.07.2003.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period of the committee itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
