ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in Crime No.427 of 2015 before the competent Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against the Driver of the Lorry bearing registration No.NL-01-L-7446 and the same was registered in Crime No.427 of 2015. Though the said complaint was registered as early as on 20.12.2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.427 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
