This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for records in Crime No.648 of 2020 dated 19.12.2020 pending investigation with the respondent and quash the same.

2. On instructions, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and the final report has already been filed and taken on the file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet and it is yet to be numbered.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court finds that no merits in this case and it is well open to the petitioner if so advised to challenge the final report.
