Considering the nature of the suit, at request of both sides, Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel requested to mediate the issue between the plaintiff and the defendants. The learned counsel appearing on either side facilitate in fixing the date with the mediator.

2. Post this case on 15.03.2024 along with C.S.No.10 of 2024.

3. The interim injunction already granted by this Court on 28.12.2023, is extended till then.
