JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Challenge in this appeal is to an order made in I.A.No.476 of 2016 in FCOP No.281 of 2013 dated 01.12.2015, by which a sum of Rs.5,000/- has been ordered as interim maintenance. Sum of Rs.5,000/- has been determined as litigation expenses.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.P.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that parties have settled their disputes and that a memo filed, has also been recorded before the Family Court, Salem. Placing on record, the above submission this Court is of the view that there is no need to advert to the challenge made in this appeal.
3. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
