The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the Respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's daughter namely D.Sangeetha to pursue MD Physician (General Medicine) course at Kharkiv National Medical University at Ukraine within an appropriate time.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank that the educational loan has been sanctioned to the petitioner. He has also produced the sanctioned letter dated 10.10.2017.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the above fact.
