(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 332, and 307 of I.P.C-1860 r/w 3(1) of Prevention of Damages to public property Act- 1984 R/w 207 of Prevention of Motor Vehicle Act -1988, in Crime No.174 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed as the petitioner is not an accused in this case.
