Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent in G.O. (D) No.628 dated 16.07.2009 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in No.L3/CA 3/2009, dated 11.05.2009 confirming the
order of the 3rd respondent in R.C.No.49224/2008(D1), dated 31.12.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue C Form License to run the petitioner Cinema Theatre.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned proceedings in of the 1st respondent in G.O,(D) No.628 dated 16.07.2009 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in No.L3/CA 3/2009, dated 11.05.2009 confirming the order of the 3rd respondent in R.C.No.49224/2008(D1), dated 31.12.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue C Form License to run the petitioner Cinema Theatre.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
