the respondents to regularize the Services of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment and count the same service for all other purposes including pay fixation and other benefits without monetary benefits for retrospective regularization.

The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the concerned records relating to the Impugned Order No.2/19095/2010 dated 19.08.2010 passed by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularize the Services of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment and count the same service for all other purposes including pay fixation and other benefits without monetary benefits for retrospective regularization.

2. When the matter was called on 29.11.2023, 22.03.2024 and 26.03.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 28.03.2024, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
