COMMON ORDER Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner in the respective writ petitions submitted that originally disputes raised by the petitioners were not numbered and, therefore, they have filed the writ petitions individually. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petitions, all those disputes raised under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 have been numbered and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petitions. He, therefore, prayed this court to dismiss all the writ petitions as become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
