PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.P3 5024/2019 dated 07.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to continue as correspondent of the school as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.4063/A3/2017 dated 20.12.2017. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order passed by the 3rd respondent and a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to continue as correspondent of the school as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent.

The issue arises in the Writ Petition has been settled in between the parties. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
