This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal arises against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.03.2015 in C.M.A.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal, confirming the fair order and decretal order of divorce dated 31.10.2012 in H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal.
