These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.24900 & 24911 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
