ORDER

(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Heard learned counsel.

2. The challenge in this writ petition is to a letter dated 08.11.2003 from the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, W.R.D. Bhavanisagar Dam Division, Bhavanisagar and the petitioner prays for a mandamus forbearing respondents from implementing the proposal under the aforesaid impugned letter for release of water from Bhavanisagar Dam.

3. We are today in 2025 and as they say, much water has, as on date, flown under the bridge (pun intended). We are hence of the considered view that nothing survives in this matter at this distance of time and hence this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
