By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to effect substituted service on the fourth respondent by way of publication in a newspaper circulating in Bengaluru.

2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that notices were sent to the fourth respondent on 20.12.2021 and 31.03.2022. It is further stated that the notice sent by the petitioner on 20.12.2021 was received by the fourth respondent. Since notice through Court could not be effected on the fourth respondent, the present application is filed.

3. Upon being satisfied that the applicant / petitioner has made out sufficient cause for substituted service, this application is allowed. The petitioner shall effect substituted service on the fourth respondent by publication in one issue of the English daily "Deccan Chronicle", Bengaluru Edition, specifying the next date of hearing as 28.02.2023.

4. List the matter on 28.02.2023.
