Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to demolish the unauthorized construction of the second floor going on at Door No.8/6, 4th Cross Street, Trustpuram, Chennai-600 024, without obtaining Planning Permission in terms of the letter No.EC3/23650/2007 dated 16.10.2007 issued by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority to the first respondent.
