This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.K.V.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 26.08.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" 28.08.2025, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.K.V.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel for the 2 nd respondent. If the costs is not paid on or before 26.08.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
