This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.09.2023 in Crl.MP.No.15138 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
