This petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.184/2016 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, Cuddalore District and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the case had been tried in C.C.No.184/2016 and ended in acquittal. Copy of the judgment is also produced for the perusal of this Court. 3.

Considering the fact that C.C.No.184/2016 was disposed on merits and the petitioners had been acquitted by the trial Court, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
