Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax), takes notice for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with appropriate prayer and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition.
