This Contempt Petition has been filed, seeking to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 20.11.2019 made in W.P.No.39023 of 2015.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the compliance order passed by the respondent, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
