When it is pointed out by the Learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the Third to Fifth Respondents, that the award of Tender has already been completed and that the Petitioner has sought only to dispose his representation in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to ascertain the manner in which that tender was conducted, and if necessary, challenge the same before the proper forum, and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
