Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.6235/A2/03 dated 28.11.2003, on the file of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Madurai and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and against all principles of natural justice. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 28.11.2003, passed by the first respondent, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Madurai, removing one teacher along with the post as excess and transferring him to some other school.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there are 85 students studying and three teachers working. However, the learned counsel fairly submitted that the prayer sought for herein does not survive at this distant point of time. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for any other grievances, if subsisting.
