Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner challenged the transfer order dated 15.05.2015 passed by the second respondent in this writ petition and an interim stay was granted in M.P.No.2 of 2015, dated 02.06.2015. However, during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner had retired from service on 30.04.2020. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Standing Counsel also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.04.2020 to that effect. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
