This petition is filed to implead the petitioner / proposed respondent as sixth respondent in W.P.No.13811 of 2020.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner herein is a bidder pursuant to the impugned notification that is sought to be challenged in the Writ Petition.

3. The merits of the petition can be considered while hearing the Writ Petition. The petitioner would be a proper party.

4. In view of that, this petition for impleadment is allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title.
