Mr.K.Rajkumar, SC for R1 Mr.C.P.Goutham, GA for R2 COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that despite her best efforts to get in touch with the petitioners to get instructions in the matters, the petitioners have not provided any instructions to proceed further. On the aforesaid submission being made, this Court directed the Registry to reflect the

name of the petitioners in the cause list.

2. On 17.06.2026, when the writ petitions were listed and the name of the petitioners were also reflected in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in person or through alternate counsel. Thus, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 18.06.2026 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today (18.06.2026), when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' and called in the morning session and passed over and taken up at end of the day, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This only goes to show that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matters.

4. In view of the above, all the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
