This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.543 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the 1st respondent Police on completion of investigation in Crime No.543 of 2016, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.14 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
