ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 464, 466, 468, 471, 506(1) and 120(B) of IPC in Cr.No.458 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the petitioners may be directed to appear before the Court concerned.

4. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the anticipatory bail cannot be granted and the petitioners are directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court.

5. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate remedies.
