CMP.Nos.3472, 3475 & 3482 of 2024 CRP.No.2047 of 2021 BATTU DEVANAND.J., These petitions have been filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent/Radhakrishnan in the above CRP, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent/Radhakrishnan in the above CRP and (ii) to permit the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent/Radhakrishnan as respondents 12 to 14, in the above CRP, respectively.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the respective petitions and in the interest of justice, these petitions are allowed.
BATTU DEVANAND.J., dn 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks and post the Civil Revision Petition in the usual course.
