ORDER
This writ petition is for a prayer to relocate the pillar box installed in front of the petitioner's house.
2. Upon perusal of the photograph, it can be seen that it is directly in front of the entrance of the petitioner's house and is also in a very dangerous state.
3. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of TANGEDCO would submit that there is a provision in the TANGEDCO online portal to make online applications and if an online application is made, the same will be duly considered in accordance with law and immediately action will be taken.
4. That may be so, but in this case, if any elderly person loses their balance, they may have to touch the box or fall over it. Therefore, the authorities shall have to consider the same.

5. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner shall make an online application in the TANGEDCO online portal and as and when such an online application is made, the petitioner shall take a printout of the same, enclose a copy of this order and send it to the third respondent -the Assistant Engineer, TANGEDCO, within one week from the date of the receipt of an online application;
(ii) Upon receipt of the online application, the third respondent shall immediately attend to the complaint and make such alternative arrangements with reference to the said pillar box;
(iii) The third respondent shall act on the production of the website uploaded order copy of this Court without waiting for the certified copy;
(iv) No costs.
